PROCESS FOR PREPARING BIO-AERATED COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Described is an aqueous mixture or grout comprising A) a solid material, itself containing: • calcium sulphate dihydrate, in a concentration between 60 and 90% by weight on the total weight of said solid material A) contained in said grout; • cement material, in a concentration between 5 and 30% by weight on the total weight of the solid material A) contained in said aqueous mixture or grout, B) an aerating agent; C) a fluidizing agent, and D) water in a water / solid weight ratio between 0.2 and 0.6, E) potassium sulphate, wherein i) the calcium sulphate dihydrate contained in the solid material A) is obtained in situ by treatment of synthetic anhydrous calcium sulphate, preferably synthetic anhydrite, with the water D) in which the potassium sulphate E) is dissolved in a concentration between 0.9 and 1.7 % preferably 1.3% by weight with respect to the weight of the anhydrous calcium sulphate (w/w), ii) the cement material comprises or is constituted by cement and sulfoaluminate clinker, iii) the aerating agent comprises or consists of hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution or solid complexed hydrogen peroxide capable of decomposing to release hydrogen peroxide, and a bio-organism containing the enzyme catalase.
