Vehicle door lock apparatus
The door lock includes: an electrical component a metal terminal electrically connecting the electrical component to an external terminal for supplying electrical power to the electrical component. Additionally the lock includes housing made of resin, to which both the electrical component and the terminal are assembled. The terminal includes a terminal horizontal portion 141a deposited on an assembled surface of the housing, and a terminal extending portion 141b extending from the terminal horizontal portion in a direction intersecting the terminal horizontal portion when the terminal is assembled to the housing. The vehicle door lock apparatus further comprises a terminal holding structure 160 holding the terminal extending portion such that the inclination of the terminal about a boundary portion 141c between the terminal horizontal extending portions is restricted in a state where the terminal is assembled to the housing.
