Height access debris recovery apparatus and method
A high access debris recovery system and method provides a system of securing a trough 1, which includes a wall facing side and an open top, to a wall W immediately beneath a worksite S1-S4. The trough may be secured by means of a horizontally oriented rail 8 which facilitates movement of the trough from one worksite to the next. The trough 1 may be supported on vertical props (24, Fig 9) to avoid damage to the wall by wall anchors. In one embodiment the trough provides a discharge chute (19, Fig 10). Also included is a method of capturing debris from an elevated worksite comprising securing an open topped trough to a wall at and elevation vertically beneath the worksite, wherein a work platform P is deployed to an elevation immediately beneath the worksite, and wherein work is undertaken at the worksite so that debris from the worksite is captured by the trough.
