JOINT METAL FITTING FOR BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint metal fitting for a bridge floor slab for improving durability and water cutoff performance of a joint part to a load in a connection part of a concrete precast floor slab for a bridge, by easily realizing connection work and separation work of the concrete precast floor slab for the bridge.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 10 for the bridge floor slab comprises a C-shaped joint metal fitting 20 installed in a side end part in the bridge axial direction L of a PCa floor slab 1 for a bridge and having a fitting object recessed part 21 and an anchor 22 extended to the base end side of the fitting object recessed part 21 and buried in the PCa floor slab 1 for the bridge, an H-shaped joint metal fitting 30 having two fitting parts 31 and 31 respectively fitted to the respective fitting object recessed parts 21 and 21 of the opposed two C-shaped joint metal fittings 20 and 20 and an intermediate connection part 32 having both ends connected to the two fitting parts 31 and 31 and capable of cutting the center by a concrete cutter and fixing means for fixing the fitting parts 31 in the vertical direction H to the fitting object recessed parts 21 in a state of fitting the fitting parts 31 in the fitting object recessed parts 21.
【課題】橋梁用コンクリートプレキャスト床版の連結作業や切離作業を簡便に実現し、橋梁用コンクリートプレキャスト床版の連結部分での荷重に対する目地部の耐久性及び止水性を向上させた橋梁床版用継手金具を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁用PCa床版1の橋軸方向Lの側端部に取り付けられて、被嵌合凹部21と被嵌合凹部21の基端側に延設されて橋梁用PCa床版1内に埋設されるアンカー22とを有するC型継手金具20と、対峙する2つのC型継手金具20、20の各被嵌合凹部21、21に夫々嵌合される2つの嵌合部31、31と、2つの嵌合部31、31に両端を接続されると共に中央をコンクリートカッターで切断可能な中間連結部32とを有するH型継手金具30と、嵌合部31を被嵌合凹部21内に嵌合した状態で嵌合部31を被嵌合凹部21に対して垂直方向Hに固定する固定手段と、を備える橋梁床版用継手金具10。【選択図】図6
