BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB DECOMPOSITION DEVICE AND BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB DECOMPOSITION METHOD
To provide a bridge floor slab decomposition device and a bridge floor slab decomposition method which makes it possible to further improve the installation property and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: It is provided with reciprocation driving means 2 for making a device body 1 reciprocate in a back-and-forth direction T1; and first cutting means 8 which is attached to the device body 1 and cuts a floor slab 3 immediately above an upper flange of a steel girder 4, and a stud implanted in the upper flange along with the movement the device body 1 in a lateral width direction and along a bridge axial direction. Furthermore, second cutting means 5 is provided which is attached to the device body 1 and cuts both the right and left sides of the floor slab 3 across the steel girder 4 along the bridge axial direction along with the movement of the device body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】さらなる施工性、経済性の向上を図ることを可能にする橋梁の床版解体用装置及び橋梁の床版解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】前後方向T1に装置本体1を進退させる進退駆動手段2と、装置本体1に取り付けられ、装置本体1の移動とともに、鋼製桁4の上側フランジの直上の床版3、及び上側フランジに植設されたスタッドを左右方向の幅方向に、且つ橋軸方向に沿って切削する第一切削手段8を備える。また、装置本体1に取り付けられ、装置本体1の移動とともに床版3の鋼製桁4を挟んで左右両側を橋軸方向に沿って切削する第二切削手段5を備える。【選択図】図1
