PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient renovation of an existing pipe by smoothly making a renovation pipe having a larger diameter than an inlet diameter of a manhole and having a high rigidity under application of a band-like member composed of a resin band-like body and a metallic reinforcing material.SOLUTION: After a band-like member 100 having a reinforcing material is continuously deformed in plastic form to have a substantially equal radius of curvature to an inlet diameter of a manhole M on the ground and drawn into the manhole M, the band-like member 100 in the manhole M is continuously deformed in plastic to a substantially equal radius of curvature to a radius of curvature of a regeneration pipe S having a larger diameter than an inlet diameter of the manhole M and supplied to a pipe forming machine 2, the pipe forming machine 2 in the manhole M is rotated in revolution around an axis of an existing pipe K to manufacture the regeneration pipe S and at the same time, the regeneration pipe S is drawn and the regeneration pipe S is inserted into the existing pipe K without winding.
【課題】樹脂製の帯状体及び金属製の補強材からなる帯状部材を用いて、マンホールの入口径よりも大径で剛性の大きな更生管を円滑に製管して既設管を効率よく更生する。【解決手段】補強材を有する帯状部材100を地上においてマンホールMの入口径と略同等の曲率半径に連続的に塑性変形させてマンホールM内に引き入れた後、マンホール内Mにおいて帯状部材100をマンホールMの入口径よりも大径の更生管Sの曲率半径と略同等の曲率半径に連続的に塑性変形させて製管機2に供給し、マンホールM内において製管機2を既設管Kの軸心回りに公転させて更生管Sを製管するとともに、更生管Sを牽引して更生管Sを巻き回さないで既設管H内に挿入する。【選択図】図1
