PIPELINE RENOVATION METHOD AND RENOVATION PIPE
To provide a pipeline renovation method capable of forming a renovation pipe having excellent earthquake resistance in a short construction period and at low cost.SOLUTION: In this pipeline renovation method, an existing pipe 12 and a lining pipe 14 are integrated with a filler 16 to form a renovation pipe 10. First, an annular groove 60 extending in a circumferential direction is formed at a predetermined position on an inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe, and then a sealing member 62 for preventing the filler from entering the annular groove is provided. After that, an extensible lining pipe is formed along the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe, and the filler is filled between the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe and an outer peripheral surface of the lining pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】耐震性に優れる更生管を短工期および低コストで形成できる管路更生方法を提供する。【解決手段】この管路更生方法では、既設管12とライニング管14とが充填材16で一体化された更生管10を形成する。先ず、既設管の内周面の所定位置に周方向に延びる環状溝60を形成し、次に、環状溝内への充填材の入り込みを阻止するための封止部材62を設ける。その後、既設管の内周面に沿うように伸長性を有するライニング管を形成し、既設管の内周面とライニング管の外周面との間に充填材を充填する。【選択図】図6
