PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drill a communication port to a connection port at low cost in a short time in renovating an existing pipe having a connection port to a branch pipe using a regeneration pipe, and furthermore prevent a drilling failure.SOLUTION: An existing pipe renovation method includes: inserting a regeneration pipe 3 into an existing pipe 1 from a manhole 4 continuing to one end 1d of the existing pipe 1 and making the regeneration pipe proceed along an inner wall of the existing pipe 1; determining positions corresponding to connection ports 2a, 2b of the regeneration pipe 3; and, before the positions of the regeneration pipe 3 corresponding to the connection ports are inserted into the existing pipe 1, drilling communication ports 3a, 3b in the positions corresponding to the connection ports.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分岐管との接続口を有する既設管を更生管によって更生する際、接続口との連通口を低コストかつ短時間に削孔でき、しかも削孔不良を防止可能とする。【解決手段】更生管3を、既設管1の一端1dに連なるマンホール4から既設管1内に挿し入れて既設管1の内壁に沿わせる。更生管3における接続口2a,2bと対応する位置を判定する。更生管3における前記接続口対応位置が既設管1内に挿し入れられる前に、前記接続口対応位置に連通口3a,3bを削孔する。【選択図】図1
