HOLE-IN ANCHOR, ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION TOOL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole-in anchor that does not cause a bend or bent rupture in a bolt near a surface of an anchor construction surface and that enables easy and efficient construction.SOLUTION: A hole-in anchor 1 includes: a shaft member 2 that has a first shaft part 21 provided on a tip side and that has a second shaft part 22 provided on the other end side; an expansion sleeve 6 that is configured in an approximately cylindrical shape capable of being inserted into the first shaft part 21 and that has an outward expanded expansion part 63 provided on the tip side; a cone nut 7 that has an outside diameter gradually reduced along an axial direction of the shaft member 2, the inside of which has a through screw hole 71 for being screwed to the first shaft part 21, and which is attached to a tip of the first shaft part 21 in the state of having a small-diameter end fitted into a tip part of the expansion sleeve 6; a reinforcement member 3 that comprises a long nut 31 for being screwed to the second shaft part 22; a head nut 4 that is fixed to an end 2b of the second shaft part 22 in the state of making the reinforcing member 3 screwed and fitted to the second shaft part 22; and an annular fracture groove 43 that is formed on the head nut 4 or the second shaft part 22.
【課題】アンカー施工面の表面近傍においてボルトの曲がりや折曲破断が生じず、しかも簡単且つ効率的に施工することができるあと施工アンカーを提供する。【解決手段】あと施工アンカー1は、先端側に第1軸部21を有し他端側に第2軸部22を有する軸部材2と、第1軸部21に挿通可能な略筒状に構成され、先端側に外方向へ拡張する拡張部63を有する拡張スリーブ6と、外径が軸部材2の軸方向に沿って漸次縮小し、内側に第1軸部21と螺合する貫通螺子孔71を有し、小径端部が拡張スリーブ6の先端部に嵌入した状態で第1軸部21の先端に装着されるコーンナット7と、第2軸部22に螺合するロングナット31を備えて構成される補強部材3と、補強部材3が第2軸部22に螺合装着された状態で第2軸部22の端部2bに固定される頭部ナット4と、頭部ナット4又は第2軸部22に形成された環状の破断溝43と、を備える構成である。【選択図】図1
