ANCHOR BOLT FOR HOLE-IN ANCHOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt for a hole-in anchor, which can be inexpensively and easily manufactured while having anchoring performance that is not inferior to that of a type having a core material and an anchorage body integrally formed from high strength steel.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt for a hole-in anchor includes a rod-like core material 1 that is formed of high strength steel, and an anchorage body 2 that is formed of a material 22 higher in compressive strength than a material obtained by curing an adhesive for anchoring the core material 1 to a base material, around a tip part of the core material 1, in such a manner that inclined surfaces 2a and 2c inclined in the direction of getting away from the core material 1 toward a tip are provided on at least a part of the surface.
【課題】芯材と定着体とが高張力鋼で一体形成されたものと比べても遜色のない定着性能を有しつつ、低コストかつ容易に製造することのできるあと施工アンカー用のアンカーボルトを提供する。【解決手段】高張力鋼で形成された棒状の芯材1と、芯材1の先端部の周囲に、芯材1を母材に定着させるための接着剤が硬化したものよりも高い圧縮強度を有する材料22で、表面の少なくとも一部に、先端に向かうに従って芯材1から離れる方向に傾斜する傾斜面2a,2cを有するように形成された定着体2と、を備える。【選択図】図1
