FLANGED ANCHOR BOLT, AND HOLE-IN ANCHOR METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a simple flanged anchor bolt which can exhibit much stronger tensile strength and pull-out strength than conventional ones, does not cause misalignment when installed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, does not require an anchor installation hole to be very deep, does not damage a reinforcement etc., and can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: A flanged anchor bolt 1 is inserted into an anchor installation hole 10, and embedded in a fastening material 11 filled in the anchor installation hole 10 to be fixed. The flanged anchor bolt 1 comprises: a rod-shaped bolt portion 4 having a male thread at least on a side surface near a bolt head and having a length such that a bolt tip side 5 can be exposed from the anchor installation hole 10; and a head flange portion 2 which has a threaded hole 6 having a female thread to be screwed into the male thread near the center, which expands from a vicinity of the bolt head and has a smaller diameter than that of the anchor installation hole 10, and which is embedded and fixed together with the bolt head in the fastening material 11 within the anchor installation hole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも遥かに強い引張強度・引抜強度を発現でき、縦方向・横方向・斜め方向に設置する場合に芯ずれを引き起こさず、アンカー設置穴を然程深くする必要がなく、鉄筋等を傷つけることがないうえ、安価かつ簡便に製造できる、簡素な鍔付きアンカーボルトを提供する。【解決手段】鍔付きアンカーボルト1は、アンカー設置穴10に挿入され、前記アンカー設置穴10に充填された固着材11に埋め込まれて固定されるのに用いられるものであって、少なくともボルト頭部近傍の側面が雄螺子となっており前記アンカー設置穴10からボルト先端側5で露出できる長さの棒状のボルト部4と、前記雄螺子へ螺合する雌螺子となっている螺子穴6が中寄りに設けられ前記ボルト頭部近傍から拡張しており前記アンカー設置穴10よりも小径であって前記アンカー設置穴10内で前記固着材11に前記ボルト頭部ごと埋め込まれ固定するための頭部鍔部2とを、有する。【選択図】図1
