DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REMOVING SAND OF WASTEWATER SAND BASIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sand collection under a low pressure even in a constant flow state with low energy consumption and high efficiency concerning a sand collection device and sand collection method in a wastewater sand basin.SOLUTION: A plurality of sand basins are installed in parallel in a flow direction of wastewater. Each sand basin is formed with a sand collection pit 20 on a bottom surface. In order to perform sand collection through a low pressure sand collection system while constantly maintaining the flow of wastewater, an entrance gate 12 is disposed at an inflow side to individually block the inflow of wastewater into a sand basin 10, and an exit gate 14 is disposed at an outflow side to separate the sand basin where sand is being collected from another sand basin where wastewater flows through. When a flow rate is low at nighttime or the like, the entrance gate 12 and the exit gate 14 of only one sand basin 10 are closed, and sedimentary sand accumulated in the sand basin 10 is collected into the sand collection pit 20 with water sprayed through nozzles 26, and the collected sand is discharged with a sand lifting pump 32 to execute sand collection.
【課題】汚水沈砂池における集砂装置及び集砂方法に関し、常時の流水状態でも低圧下での集砂を低消費エネルギで高効率に行い得るようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】汚水の流れ方向に並列に複数の沈砂池が設けられる。各沈砂池は底面に集砂ピット20を形成する。汚水の流れを常時維持しつつ低圧集砂方式の集砂を行うため、沈砂池10への汚水の流入を個別的に阻止することができるように流入側には入口ゲート12が設けられ、また、集砂中の沈砂池を通水中の他の沈砂池から分離するため流出側は出口ゲート14を設ける。夜間などの低流量時に一つの沈砂池10のみ入口ゲート12及び出口ゲート14を閉鎖しし、その沈砂池10に堆積した沈砂をノズル26からの水のスプレーにより集砂ピット20に集積し揚砂ポンプ32により排出することにより集砂を行う。【選択図】 図2
