JOINING METHOD OF STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a joining method of a steel sheet pile capable of suitably vertically connecting the steel sheet pile, when executing press-in construction of the steel sheet pile, by using a pile press-in machine of combinedly using an auger device.SOLUTION: The present invention adopts a method comprising a process of joining a backing strip 1 to the surface side for arranging an auger casing K of the auger device 20 in an upper end part of one steel sheet pile P, and a process of welding its opposed place in a groove on an opposite surface of the surface side for arranging the auger casing K by opposing the lower end of the other steel sheet pile P to the upper end of the one steel sheet pile P, when vertically connecting the steel sheet pile P in a process of pressing the steel sheet pile P in the ground by using the pile press-in machine 10 of combinedly using the auger device 20.
【課題】オーガ装置を併用した杭圧入機を用いて鋼矢板の圧入施工を行う際に、鋼矢板を好適に縦継ぎすることができる鋼矢板の接合方法を実現する。【解決手段】オーガ装置20を併用した杭圧入機10を用いて鋼矢板Pを地中に圧入する過程で、鋼矢板Pを縦継ぎするにあたって、一方の鋼矢板Pの上端部におけるオーガ装置20のオーガケーシングKが配されている面側に、裏当て金1を接合する工程と、一方の鋼矢板Pの上端に他方の鋼矢板Pの下端を対向させ、オーガケーシングKが配されている面側とは反対面で、その対向させた箇所を開先溶接する工程と、を備える方法を採用した。【選択図】図1
