LONG WELD JOINT STRUCTURE AND LONG WELD JOINING METHOD OF STEEL SHEET PILE
To provide a long weld joint structure of steel sheet piles which reduces work of welding and improves integration of reinforcing steel plates in addition to upper steel sheet piles and lower steel sheet piles.SOLUTION: A long weld joint structure (10) includes: a first steel sheet pile (12) positioned on the lower side; a main reinforcing steel plate (14) also serving as a backing material which is fixed to be protruding upward from an upper end on the inside or outside of the flat surface of a flange of the first steel sheet pile at the upper end of the first steel sheet pile; and a second steel sheet pile (18) located on the upper side and provided with a groove in a place other than a joint at a lower end. The long weld joint structure is configured such that the lower end of the second steel sheet pile is placed so that a predetermined route spacing is maintained with the upper end of the first steel sheet pile, a welding space (20) is formed between the upper end of the first steel sheet pile and the lower end of the second steel sheet pile, and the first steel sheet pile and the second steel sheet pile are joined by welding in the welding space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶接作業の手間を軽減するとともに、上側鋼矢板と下側鋼矢板に加えて補強鋼板の一体化も向上させる、鋼矢板の長尺化溶接接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】下側に位置する第1鋼矢板(12)と、第1鋼矢板の上端において第1鋼矢板のフランジの平坦面の内側又は外側に上端から上方に突出するように固定された裏当て材兼用主補強鋼板(14)と、上側に位置し、下端の継手部以外の個所に開先が設けられた第2鋼矢板(18)とを備え、第2鋼矢板の下端を、第1鋼矢板の上端との間に所定のルート間隔が保持されるように配置して、第1鋼矢板の上端と第2鋼矢板の下端との間に溶接空間(20)を形成し、溶接空間内において溶接することによって第1鋼矢板と第2鋼矢板を接合するように構成されている長尺化溶接接合構造(10)が提供される。【選択図】図1
