JOINT MEMBER OF STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member easily-to-weld with a steel sheet pile while ensuring a wide joint angle and reusable after disassemble of steel sheet piles.SOLUTION: The joint member is a joint member for connecting a first steel sheet pile and a second steel sheet pile to each other. The joint member includes: a fitting part which is engaged with a joint part of the first steel sheet pile to connect thereto; a connection part which is integrally formed with the fitting part at the opposite side thereof and is connectable to the joint part of a second steel sheet pile; and a welding part which is integrally formed with the connection part and the fitting part in a boundary area therebetween protruding toward a side face direction of the first steel sheet pile. The welding part has a neck part, the end of which can be joined to the side face of the first steel sheet pile and be cut off therefrom.
【課題】鋼矢板への溶接が容易であり、解体後の鋼矢板の再利用が可能であるとともに、広範な接合角度を確保できる接合部材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の接合部材は、第一鋼矢板と第二鋼矢板を互いに連結する接合部材であって、第一鋼矢板の継手部に嵌入して接続可能な嵌合部と、嵌合部の他側に一体に形成し、第二鋼矢板の継手部と接続可能な接続部と、接続部と嵌合部の境界位置に一体に形成し、第一鋼矢板の側面方向へ向かって突出する溶接部と、を有し、溶接部は、その端部を第一鋼矢板の側面に接合するとともに、切断可能な首部を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
