CONNECTION MEMBER OF STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member of a steel sheet pile capable of connecting a plurality of steel sheet piles at various angles, while restraining cost such as material cost and processing cost, by using a single kind of connection member.SOLUTION: A connection member 1 of a steel sheet pile of applying the present invention comprises a joining part 2 for connecting a plurality of steel sheet piles 7 by changing an angle in the cross-sectional direction and installed on a flat surface 70 of the mutually connected one steel sheet pile 7 and a fitting part 4 for fitting a joint part 7d of the mutually connected other steel sheet pile 7. The fitting part 4 includes an extension part 40 extending from the joining part 2 and a claw part 41 extending from a tip side 40a of the extension part 40. The joining part 2 has an orthogonal joining surface 3 for substantially orthogonally providing the other steel sheet pile 7 in the cross-sectional direction on the flat surface 70 of the one steel sheet pile 7 in a state of abutting on the flat surface 70 of the one steel sheet pile 7 and a plurality of joining surfaces 30 capable of abutting on the flat surface 70 of the one steel sheet pile 7 by inclining from the orthogonal joining surface 3 on the side in the cross-sectional direction of the orthogonal joining surface 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】単一種類の接続部材を用いて材料費、加工費等のコストを抑制しながら、複数の鋼矢板を様々な角度で連結することのできる鋼矢板の接続部材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した鋼矢板の接続部材1は、複数の鋼矢板7を断面方向に角度を変えて連結するためのものであり、互いに連結される一方の鋼矢板7の平坦面70に取り付けられる接合部2と、互いに連結される他方の鋼矢板7の継手部7dが嵌合される嵌合部4とを備える。嵌合部4は、接合部2から延びる延伸部40と、延伸部40の先端側40aから延びる爪部41とを有する。接合部2は、一方の鋼矢板7の平坦面70に当接された状態で他方の鋼矢板7が一方の鋼矢板7の平坦面70に断面方向で略直交して設けられる直交接合面3と、直交接合面3の断面方向の側方で直交接合面3より傾斜して一方の鋼矢板7の平坦面70に当接させることのできる複数の接合面30とを有する。【選択図】図6
