MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLUG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture slug having suppressed elution amount of both of Pb and As in both of the Ministry of Environment Notification No.19 in Heisei 15 (content test) and the Environment Agency Notification No.46 in Heisei 3 (elution amount test) from a non-iron smelting slug and waste melting slug.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of slug including a step of heating slug containing Fe and Si as main components and As and Pb at a temperature of 500 to 800°C under oxygen atmosphere with oxygen partial pressure Pin a range of 10≤P<0.21.
【課題】非鉄製錬スラグまたは廃棄物溶融スラグから、平成１５年環境省告示第１９号（含有量試験）および平成３年環境庁告示第４６号（溶出量試験）の両方で、ＰｂおよびＡｓの両方の溶出量を抑えたスラグを安定的に製造する。【解決手段】本発明は、ＦｅおよびＳｉを主成分とし、かつ、さらにＡｓおよびＰｂを含むスラグを、５００〜８００℃の温度において、酸素分圧ＰO2が１０-18≰ＰO2＜０．２１の範囲にある酸素雰囲気下で加熱する段階を含む、スラグの製造方法である。【選択図】なし
