AGING METHOD OF SLUG, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL, AND CARBONATION ACCELERATOR FOR AGING TREATMENT OF SLUG
To provide an aging method of slug capable of shortening an aging treatment for expansion suppression of the slug and elution suppression of high alkali water from the slug, by effectively accelerating carbonation of free CaO or free MgO in the slug.SOLUTION: An aging treatment for carbonating a hydrate with a carbonation accelerator made of at least one or more kinds selected from carbonates and hydrogen carbonates contacted with the slug containing hydrate of CaO and/or MgO undergone an aging treatment for hydrating free CaO and/or free MgO is performed. Due to an action of the carbonating accelerator, the carbonation of a hydrate of CaO and/or MgO in the slug may be effectively accelerated to be able to shorten an aging period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スラグ中の遊離CaOや遊離MgOの炭酸化を効果的に促進させることで、スラグの膨張抑制とスラグからの高アルカリ水の溶出抑制のためのエージング処理を短期間で行うことができるスラグのエージング方法を提供する。【解決手段】遊離CaO及び/又は遊離MgOを水和させるエージング処理を経たCaO及び/又はMgOの水和物を含有するスラグに対して、炭酸塩、炭酸水素塩の中から選ばれる1種以上からなる炭酸化促進剤を接触させた状態で、前記水和物を炭酸化させるエージング処理を行う。炭酸化促進剤の作用により、スラグ中のCaO及び/又はMgOの水和物の炭酸化を効果的に促進させることができ、エージング期間を短縮化できる。【選択図】図1
