REMOVAL METHOD OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND OUTER WALL AND RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method of an existing underground outer wall and a reconstruction method of a building capable of efficiently removing an existing underground outer wall.SOLUTION: A semicircular earth retaining wall 20 is constructed while excavating the soil around a part of an existing underground outer wall 12 which interferes with an under-ground piled column 18C of a new building. In a state where the circumference of the interfering existing underground outer wall 12 is exposed, the interfering part of the existing underground outer wall 12 is cut off by means of a wire saw method and removed. After that, the under-ground piled column 18C is constructed in the portion where the interfering part is removed.
【課題】効率的に既存地下外壁を撤去することのできる既存地下外壁の撤去工法及び建造物の建て替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】既存地下外壁１２が新設建造物の構真柱１８Ｃと干渉する干渉部分の外周の土を掘削しながら、半円状の土留め壁２０を構築していき、既存地下外壁１２の干渉部分の外周面が露出した状態で、ワイヤーソー工法により既存地下外壁１２の干渉部分を切断して取り除く。さらにその後、干渉部分が取り除かれた位置に構真柱１８Ｃを建て込む。【選択図】図９
