To provide a reinforced underground outer wall capable of shortening a construction period for rebuilding.SOLUTION: A reinforced underground outer wall 32 to be an earth retaining wall comprises: an existing underground outer wall 12 including a first underground outer wall 12A and a second underground outer wall 12B and a fourth underground outer wall 12D supporting both ends of the first underground outer wall 12A; and a reinforcing wall 30 made of reinforced concrete, which is added to the first underground outer wall 12A and integrated with the first underground outer wall 12A with anchors 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
