APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING INSTALLATION OF UNDERWATER STRUCTURE, AND UNDERWATER STRUCTURE INSTALLATION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supporting installation of an underwater structure, configured to allow an operator of a floating crane, or the like, to visually grasp a state of an underwater structure in a wide range, in installing the underwater structure, such as a caisson, to enable safe and accurate operation, and to provide an underwater structure installation method using the apparatus.SOLUTION: An apparatus 4 for supporting installation of an underwater structure includes: a plurality of imaging means 5, 5... installed in a horizontal direction at intervals in an outer circumference of an underwater structure 1A, to image the vicinity of the underwater structure 1A from above; image processing means having an image synthesis section which synthesizes imaging data of the imaging means 5, 5..., to generate a bird's-eye view image, as needed, which shows the underwater structure 1A and the vicinity thereof in a bird's-eye view; and display means which displays the bird's-eye view image.
