PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building external structure capable of securely preventing water from leaking on an indoor side through a base.SOLUTION: A front wall part and/or a side face wall part includes a base 30 extended in a direction S1 (S2) along the front wall part or side face wall part, a plurality of columns 6 arranged at predetermined interval in the extension direction S1 (S2) of the base 30, and a wall face member 8 (13) which is installed while supported by the columns 6 respectively, and forms a wall face. A drain channel 36 is formed which is extended continuously between ends of the base 30 in the extension direction S1 (S2) of the base 30, and communicates with the outside through a drain hole.
【課題】基台を通じて室内側に水漏れが発生することを確実に防止できる建物外部構築物を提供する。【解決手段】前面壁部及び／又は側面壁部が、前面壁部又は側面壁部に沿った方向Ｓ１（Ｓ２）に延設される基台３０と、基台３０の延設方向Ｓ１（Ｓ２）に所定の間隔をあけて配設される複数の支柱６と、支柱６にそれぞれ支持させて設置され、壁面を形成する壁面部材８（１３）とを備えて構成され、基台３０の延設方向Ｓ１（Ｓ２）の基台３０の端部間に連続して延設され、排水孔を介して外部と連通する排水路３６を形成する。【選択図】図２
