PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external structure of a building that enables the external structure to be added even when a shutter box, a sunshade or other obstacles are found on a building body, at the same time enabling a ventilation window to be installed on a side surface wall part and an opening/closing angle of the ventilation window that is tilted inward to be increased.SOLUTION: An external structure of a building includes a rafter resting part 10 extending in a lateral direction on an exterior wall T1 of a building body T, a plurality of rafters 11 extending forward from the rafter resting part, a girder contacting an edge of each of the plurality of rafters and extending in a direction roughly parallel to the direction of extension of the rafter resting part, and a plurality of support posts 6 extending vertically with a top edge respectively contacting the girder. The rafter resting part includes an upper rafter resting part 10a and a lower rafter resting part 10b that may be split vertically. The lower rafter resting part may be removed and the rafters may be placed on the upper rafter resting part, to suit a condition of the exterior wall on which the rafter resting part is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物本体にシャッターボックスや日除けなどの障害物が存在しても建物外部構築物を増設でき、且つ側面壁部に換気窓を設置できるようにし、さらに内倒し窓としての換気窓の開閉角度を大きくすることを可能にした建物外部構築物を提供する。【解決手段】建物本体Ｔの外壁Ｔ１に横方向に延設された垂木掛け部１０と、垂木掛け部から前方へ延設された複数の垂木１１と、複数の垂木それぞれの一端と当接し、垂木掛け部が延設する方向と略平行に延設された桁と、桁にそれぞれの上端を当接させて垂設された複数の支柱６と、を備えた建物外部構築物であって、垂木掛け部が、上下に分割可能な上部垂木掛け部１０ａと下部垂木掛け部１０ｂとを有し、垂木掛け部が設けられる外壁の状態に応じて、下部垂木掛け部を取り外し、垂木を上部垂木掛け部に掛設可能である。【選択図】図２
