BUILDING EXTERNAL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building external structure that can be securely extended even when an obstacle such as a shutter box and a sun shade is present at a building body, can have a ventilation window installed in a side face wall part, and can increase the opening/closing angle of the ventilation window by employing an inward-opening window.SOLUTION: At least one side face wall part 3 includes a gable beam 15 which has one end connected to a gable column 6 of a front wall part 1 and the other end connected to a gable column 6 of the side face wall part 3 on the side of an external wall T1 of a building body T, and also includes a ventilation window 35 which can be opened and closed in a substantially triangular frame part 33 enclosed with the gable beam 15, a gable rafter 11 of a roof part 2, and the gable column 6 of the side face wall part 3. Further, a first stringer 31 is arranged at a frame part 21 at a predetermined interval with the gable column 6 of the side face wall part 3, and the ventilation window 35 is provided in the frame part 33 enclosed with the gable beam 15, the gable rafter 11, and the first stringer 31.
【課題】建物本体にシャッターボックスや日除けなどの障害物が存在しても確実に建物外部構築物を増設でき、且つ側面壁部に換気窓を設置できるようにし、さらに内倒し窓としての換気窓の開閉角度を大きくすることを可能にした建物外部構築物を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも一方の側面壁部3が、前面壁部1の妻支柱6に一端を接続し、建物本体Tの外壁T1側の側面壁部3の妻支柱6に他端を接続した妻梁15を備えるとともに、この妻梁15と屋根部2の妻垂木11と側面壁部3の妻支柱6で囲まれた略三角形状の枠部33内に開閉可能な換気窓35を備えて構成する。また、枠部21に、側面壁部3の妻支柱6から所定の間隔をあけて第1縦材31を配設し、妻梁15と妻垂木11と第1縦材31で囲まれた枠部33内に換気窓35を設ける。【選択図】図3
