ASPHALT MIXTURE MANUFACTURING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt mixture manufacturing device capable of controlling condensation that causes corrosion and other defects, when introducing outside air as a part of exhaust gas circulated and supplied for burner combustion.SOLUTION: An asphalt mixture manufacturing device has an outside air introduction duct 17 for adjusting the oxygen density at midway along a circulation duct 13 that supplies a part of exhaust gas for combusting a burner 5. The outside air introduction duct 17 is disposed along the periphery of a throat 19 at an edge of the burner 5, so as to prevent condensation of the combustion air when the outside air taken in by the duct 17 is preheated by thermal exchange at the surface of the throat 19 of the burner 5 and introduced into the circulation duct 13.
【課題】 バーナへ燃焼用空気として循環供給する排ガスに対して外気を導入させる際に、腐食等の不具合の原因となる凝縮水が発生するのを抑制可能としたアスファルト混合物製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】 排ガスの一部をバーナ５の燃焼用空気として供給する循環ダクト１３の途中に酸素濃度調整用の外気導入ダクト１７を備え、この外気導入ダクト１７をバーナ５先端部のスロート１９の外周に沿わせるように周設し、外気導入ダクト１７より吸引する外気をバーナ５のスロート１９表面との熱交換によって予熱して循環ダクト１３内に導入させた際に燃焼用空気が凝縮しないように構成する。【選択図】 図１
