PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairs-joining part waterproof member, capable of realizing higher bondability and waterproofness, in a joining part between a stairs upper end part and an upper story floor surface, for the purpose of the present invention.SOLUTION: In a connection part of the stairs upper end part and an upper story floor, joining hardware 3 is provided for connecting the stairs upper end part and a floor beam T1 by bringing out to the stairs upper end part, by penetrating through a parting wall 22 provided on the stairs side of the floor from the floor beam T1 of becoming a skeleton of the floor, the parting wall 22 is formed with a front side joining hardware arrangement hole H1 through which the joining hardware 3 penetrates, a boundary part 21 is arranged in an upper part of the parting wall 22, a draining member 24 suspending to the rear of the front side joining hardware arrangement hole H1 is arranged from this boundary part 21, and the stairs-joining part waterproof member is arranged in the front side joining hardware arrangement hole H1, and is oppositely arranged to the draining member 24.
【課題】本発明の目的は、階段の上方端部と上階床面との間の接合部分において、より高い接合性と防水性とを実現することが可能な階段接合部防水部材を提供することにある。【解決手段】階段上端部と、上層階の床との連結部分において、床の骨格となる床梁Ｔ１から、床の前記階段側に備えられる見切壁２２を貫通して、階段上端部に持ち出され、階段上端部と床梁Ｔ１とを連結する接合金物３が備えられており、見切壁２２には、接合金物３が貫通する前面側接合金物配設孔Ｈ１が形成されており、見切壁２２の上部には、境界部２１が配設されるとともに、この境界部２１からは、前面側接合金物配設孔Ｈ１の後方へと垂下する水切り部材２４が配設されており、階段接合部防水部材は、前面側接合金物配設孔Ｈ１に配設されるとともに、水切り部材２４に対向して配置されている。【選択図】図１
