DOUBLE-FLOOR BUILDING STRUCTURE FOR HOUSING COMPLEX
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-floor building structure for a housing complex that allows the building height to be used effectively.SOLUTION: A girder 14 supports a floor slab 11 so that the upper surface of the floor slab 11 is situated below that of the girder 14 by a preset length k, and the girder 14 is arranged in such a way that its upper surface comes closer to the lower surface of a flooring material 12 by the preset length k, while a first floor support 20 is disposed between the floor slab 11 and the flooring material 12 and a second floor support (a short floor support) 30 with a height shorter than that of the first floor support 20 by the preset length k is disposed between the girder 14 and the flooring material 12. The configuration lowers the floor height of the housing complex building by k, at the same time reducing vibration of the flooring material 12 at the end on the girder 14 side.
【課題】二重床構造を有する集合住宅において、建物高さを有効に使用することができる建物構造を提供する。【解決手段】床スラブ１１を支持する大梁１４が、床スラブ１１の上面を大梁１４のよりも予め設定した長さｋだけ下方に位置するように支持し、かつ、大梁１４を、上面が予め設定した長さｋだけ床材１２の下面側に近づくように配置するとともに、床スラブ１１と床材１２との間には第１の床支持具２０を配置し、大梁１４と床材１２との間には、第１の床支持具２０の高さよりも予め設定した長さ寸法ｋだけ高さの低い第２の床支持具（短型床支持具）３０を配置することで、集合住宅の１階あたりの高さをｋだけ低くするともに、床材１２の大梁１４側の端部の振動を低減できるようにした。【選択図】図２
