DOUBLE FLOOR STRUCTURE OF MULTILAYER BUILDING
To reduce a drum phenomenon, the problem of a present double floor structure.SOLUTION: Structural plywood 11 is used as a floor substrate material 10, and reinforcing band plates are provided on a rear face of the structural plywood 11 and connecting band plates 13 are provided to rear face side edge parts. A supporting leg 20 comprises a base member 21 of a lower end, a support member 22 vertically standing from the base member 21, a height adjusting member 23 at an upper part of the support member 22 and a floor supporting member 25 provided to the height adjusting member 23. The base member 21 is fixed to concrete slab with screws and/or an adhesive to thereby suppress air vibration (a drum phenomenon) in a space under the floor substrate material 10, to improve sound insulation performance to lower floors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】現状の二重床構造の問題点である太鼓現象を低減させること。【解決手段】床下地材10として構造用合板11を使用し、この構造用合板11の裏面には補強用帯板材を、その裏面側縁部には連結用帯板材13を設ける。支持脚部20は、下端のベース部材21とこのベース部材21から垂立する支柱部材22とこの支柱部材22上部の高さ調整部材23とこの高さ調整部材23に設けた床支持部材25とからなる。前記ベース部材21をコンクリートスラブに螺子及び/又は接着材により固定することによって前記床下地材10の下の空間部内の空気振動(太鼓現象)を抑制することができ、階下への遮音性能が向上する。【選択図】図4
