DOUBLE FLOOR STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide double floor structure of building capable of restraining the workability decreasing of multifunctionalized double floor structure.SOLUTION: In double floor structure of a building, a base boards 2 are supported on a floor slab 1 by support legs 3 so as to arrange the space S in between them and the same floor slab 1, and a flooring 5 is provided at upper side of the base boards 2. Resin foam sheets 4 are further provided between the base boards 2 and the flooring 5. For enabling the double floor structure to have many functions such as heat insulation, sound proof, and moisture proof, if components corresponding to respective functions such as a heat insulation sheet, a soundproof material, and a moisture proof sheet to be integrated therein, integration of their components requires time and labor. However the resin foam sheets 4 have many functions such as heat insulation property, sound proof property, and moisture proof property, the double floor structure of building is enabled to have many functions such as heat insulation, sound proof, and moisture proof by only providing the resin foam sheets 4 between the base boards 2 and the flooring 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多機能化された二重床構造の施工性が低下することを抑制できる建物の二重床構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の二重床構造では、床スラブ１上に支持脚３によって同床スラブ１との間に空間Ｓを持たせた状態でベースボード２が支持されており、ベースボード２の上側にフローリング５が設けられる。更に、ベースボード２とフローリング５との間には樹脂発泡シート４が設けられる。断熱、防音、及び防湿といった多くの機能を二重床構造に持たせるため、仮に断熱シート、防音材、及び防湿シート等の各機能に対応した部材をそれぞれ組み込もうとすると、それら部材の組み込みに手間がかかる。しかし、上記樹脂発泡シート４は断熱性、防音性、及び防湿性といった多くの機能を有しており、その樹脂発泡シート４をベースボード２とフローリング５との間に設けるだけで、建物の二重床構造に断熱、防音、及び防湿といった多くの機能を持たせることができる。【選択図】図１
