PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves unit which is excellent in designability and which enables effective utilization of a space under eaves.SOLUTION: An eaves unit provided in the state of overhanging from a building comprises: a beam which includes an inclination becoming lower toward the building and which is attached to a building frame; a roof panel which is placed on the beam; a gutter which is provided along an exterior wall surface of the building, between the roof panel and the building, and the upper part of which is opened; and a cover member which is engaged with a building side in a position higher than the roof panel and which supports the beam in such a manner as to cover an area above the gutter.
【課題】意匠性に優れ庇の下の空間を有効に使用することが可能な庇ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】建物から張り出して設けられる庇ユニットであって、前記建物に向かって高さが低くなる傾斜を備え前記建物の躯体に取り付けられる梁と、前記梁上に載置される屋根パネルと、前記屋根パネルと前記建物との間に前記建物の外壁面に沿って設けられ上部が開放された樋と、前記屋根パネルより高い位置にて前記建物側に係合され、前記樋の上方を覆って前記梁を支持するカバー部材と、を有する。【選択図】図５
