BASE ISOLATION MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation member for applying base isolation action against any type of ground motions such as a long-period ground motion and a short-period ground motion by placing the base isolation member mainly between an earthquake vibration generating surface side and a member side to be aseismic base isolation.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a base isolation member used in a base isolation device in which a resilient body 1 for use in absorbing a short-period ground motion and a directly underneath ground motion is attached between an earthquake vibration generating surface side A and a member side to be aseismic base isolation B, where telescopic motion dampers 2 for restricting a vibratory motion based on an excessive extension of the resilient body 1 when a long-period ground motion occurs are positioned at equal distances around the main body 1 of the base isolation member, connected and fixed between the earthquake vibration generating surface side A and the member side to be aseismic base isolation B.
【課題】主として地震震動発生面側と免震対象部材側との間に介在させることに依って、短周期地震動と長周期地震動の何れの地震に対しても免震作用が奏されるようにした免震部材の提供を図る。【解決手段】地震震動発生面側Aと免震対象部材側Bとの間に、短周期地震動と直下型地震動を吸収するための弾性体1を取付けて成る免震装置に於いて、長周期地震が発生した際の弾性体1の過剰伸長に基づく振れ動きを規制するための伸縮ダンパー2を、免震材主体1の周囲等距離に位置させて、地震震動発生面側Aと免震対象部材側Bとの間に連結固定するように構成した免震部材。【選択図】図1
