EXPANSION ANCHOR DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion anchor device for use in preventing a bolt from being dropped from an anchor nut.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an expansion anchor 1 comprising a cylindrical anchor nut 2 formed with a female thread part 21 at its inner peripheral surface, provided with several split-grooves 22 at a bottom 2b side and having an expanded part 23 that can be expanded; anchor bolt 4 having male thread grooves 41 engaged in thread with the female thread grooves 21 of the anchor nut 2; and a cone 3 inserted into the expanded part 23. This is comprised of a coil spring 5 having a coil part 51 fitted into the male thread grooves 41 of the anchor bolt 4, one end part 52 extending out along a tangent line at an outer periphery of the coil part 51 and the other end part 53 extending out in parallel with an axis line of the coil part 51. The one end part 52 protrudes out into the opening 26 recessed at a peripheral wall 2a of the anchor nut 2 under no contacted state, and the other end part 53 is engaged with a slit 25 punched at the peripheral wall 2a to restrict turning of the coil spring against the anchor nut and at the same time to be movable within the slit in an axial line direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ボルトがアンカーナットから脱落することを防止するための拡張アンカー装置を提供する。【解決手段】筒状で内周面に雌ネジ部２１が形成され、底部２ｂ側に複数の割り溝２２が設けられて拡開可能な拡開部２３を有するアンカーナット２と、アンカーナット２の雌ネジ溝２１に螺合される雄ネジ溝４１を有するアンカーボルト４と、拡開部２３に挿入されるコーン３とを備えた拡張アンカー１であって、アンカーボルト４の雄ネジ溝４１に嵌り込むコイル部５１を有するコイルバネ５と、コイル部５１の外周の接線上に沿い延出する一端部５２と、コイル部５１の軸線に対して平行に延出する他端部５３とよりなり、一端部５２を、アンカーナット２の周壁２ａに切欠いた開口２６に非接触状態で突出し、他端部５３を、周壁２ａに穿設したスリット２５に係止してコイルバネのアンカーナットに対する回動を規制するとともに、スリット内で軸線方向に移動可能にする。【選択図】図２
