MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WOODY BASE MEMBER FOR FLOOR DECORATIVE MATERIAL
To provide a manufacturing method of a woody base member for floor decorative material of which warpage and/or pull-bending creation is suppressed even when a decoration sheet of low moisture permeability is laminated on a front surface of a woody base member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a woody base member 3 for floor decorative material provided with a laminated composition having a decorative sheet 1 having at least one thermoplastic resin layer from a front surface to a rear surface thereof, a woody base member 3, and a moisture proof film 5 with its moisture vapor permeability equal to or less than 7 g/min 24 hours having a process to manufacture the woody base member 3 is to manufacture the woody base member 3 which meets required physical properties on a dimensional change per 1% moisture content more than 0.02% and an average moisture content 6 to 10 weight % as well as a moisture content in a central part within -1% to +2% compared with moisture contents of peripheral parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木質基材のおもて面に透湿性の低い化粧シートを積層した場合でも、反りや曳き曲がりの発生が抑制された床用化粧材に用いる木質基材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】おもて面から裏面にかけて、少なくとも一層の熱可塑性樹脂層を備える化粧シート1と、木質基材3と、透湿度が7g/m2・24時間以下である防湿フィルム5とを具備する積層構成を備える床用化粧材に用いる木質基材3の製造方法であって、1%含水率変化当たりの寸法変化量が0.02%よりも大きく、平均含水率が6〜10重量%であり、且つ中央部の含水率が周辺部の含水率と比較して−1%〜+2%の範囲である物性を満たす木質基材3を用意する工程を有する木質基材3の製造方法。【選択図】図1
