SYNTHETIC RESIN EMULSION FOR POLYMER CEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin emulsion for a polymer cement capable of satisfying stretch as waterproofness, adhesiveness and efflorescence resistance of a coated film.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin emulsion contains a copolymer having (A) 94-99.95 pts.mass of a structural unit derived from a hydrophobic monomer and (B) 0.1-6 pts.mass of a structural unit derived from a hydrophilic monomer (the total of (A) and (B) which is the total of the structural unit derived from the monomer is 100 pts.mass). The synthetic resin emulsion preferably contains 0.5-7 pts.mass of a surface active agent (H) with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the structural unit derived from the monomer in terms of non-volatile content, and has an average particle size of 250-500 nm.
【課題】防水性としての塗膜の伸び、密着性及び耐白華性を満たすことができるポリマーセメント用合成樹脂エマルションを提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂エマルションは、（Ａ）疎水性単量体由来の構造単位を９４〜９９．９５質量部、（Ｂ）親水性単量体由来の構造単位を０．１〜６質量部（但し、単量体由来の構造単位の合計である（Ａ）および（Ｂ）の合計は１００質量部である。）有する共重合体を含有する。（Ｈ）界面活性剤は、単量体由来の構造単位の合計１００質量部に対して、不揮発分換算で０．５〜７質量部含有するものが好ましく、合成樹脂エマルションの平均粒子径は２５０〜５００ｎｍであることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
