METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYNTHETIC RESIN EMULSION, POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION USING SYNTHETIC RESIN EMULSION OBTAINED BY PRODUCTION METHOD, AND COATED FILM WATERPROOF MATERIAL OBTAINED BY USING THE POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a synthetic resin emulsion capable of obtaining a cured coating film which is excellent in water resistance, is excellent balance between a strength and elongation, and prevents elution of a surface active agent.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a synthetic resin emulsion obtained by subjecting a monomer component [I] to multistage emulsion polymerization, a reactive surface active agent containing an anionic type reactive surface active agent and a nonionic type reactive surface active agent is used as an emulsifier, an amount of the reactive surface active agent to be used is 4 pts.wt. or less with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the monomer component [I], a content ratio (weight ratio) of the anionic type reactive surface active agent and the nonionic type reactive surface active agent is 55/45 to 90/10, and an amount of the nonionic type reactive surface active agent to be used in polymerization of the last stage is 60 wt.% or more with respect to the whole nonionic type reactive surface active agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 耐水性に優れ、かつ強度、伸度にもバランスよく優れ、さらには界面活性剤が溶出することのない硬化塗膜を得ることができる、合成樹脂エマルジョンの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 モノマー成分[I]を多段乳化重合する合成樹脂エマルジョンの製造方法であって、アニオン型反応性界面活性剤及びノニオン型反応性界面活性剤を含有する反応性界面活性剤を乳化剤として用い、反応性界面活性剤の使用量がモノマー成分[I]100重量部に対して4重量部以下であり、アニオン型反応性界面活性剤とノニオン型反応性界面活性剤の含有比率(重量比)が55/45〜90/10であり、最後段の重合に用いるノニオン型反応性界面活性剤の使用量が、ノニオン型反応性界面活性全体の60重量%以上であることを特徴とする合成樹脂エマルジョンの製造方法。【選択図】なし
