ROAD SURFACE LINE SIGN AND PAINT FOR ROAD SURFACE LINE SIGN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface line sign that can easily make large a difference in reflectivity intensity between a white line (road surface line sign) or the like and a road surface at a scanning angle of a detection beam of a laser radar.SOLUTION: There is provided a road surface line sign that has one or a plurality of beltlike lines 15 to be detected by a laser radar formed of melting type paint, and also has glass beads scattered and fixed to coating films of the beltlike lines. The melting type paint essentially includes a thermoplastic binder, an extender, a plasticizer, coloring pigment, and the glass beads. The glass beads are formed of or principally of beads having a high refractive index (of, for example, 1.6 or larger) and a large diameter (of, for example, 500 μm or larger in median grain size).
【課題】レーザレーダの検知ビームの走査角度において白線(路面ライン標示)等の反射率強度と路面との反射率強度の差を大きくすることが容易な路面ライン標示を提供すること。【解決手段】レーザレーダの検知対象となる1本又は複数本の帯状ライン15が溶融式の塗料で形成されているとともに、帯状ラインの塗膜にガラスビーズが散布固着されてなる路面ライン標示。前記溶融式の塗料は、熱可塑性結合材、体質材、可塑剤、着色顔料およびガラスビーズを必須とする。上記ガラスビーズが、高屈折率(例えば1.6以上)で大径(例えば、メジアン粒径500μm以上)のものからなる又はそれを主体とするものからなる。【選択図】図2−1
