CURING CONTAINER FOR UNCONSOLIDATED SAMPLE OF PILE HOLE FOOT PROTECTION PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain compression strength extremely close to a foot protection part by curing the unconsolidated sample contained in a curing container on the ground under special curing conditions generally identical to those in a foot protection part.SOLUTION: In a curing container 10, the inner side of a container body 11 an opening of which can be covered with a cover body 17 is partitioned by an inner partitioning 12 lower than a wall of the container body 11 into a sample storage section 13 and a condition preset section 14. In the condition setting section 14, various devices capable of setting temperature, humidity, pressure etc. are installed, and in the sample storage section 13, an unconsolidated sample 3a is arranged together with sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, water quantity etc. to control the conditions through an external personal computer 19. Immediately after creating the unconsolidated sample 3a, the unconsolidated sample 3a is housed in the container body 11 without being moved from the site. The special curing can be started under special curing conditions generally identical to the foot protection part at the construction site.
【課題】根固め部と略同一の特殊養生条件で、地上で養生容器に入れて未固結試料を固化させるので、根固め部に極めて近い圧縮強度を得られる。【解決手段】養生容器10は、蓋体17で開口を覆うことができる容器本体11内を、容器本体11の壁より高さが低い中仕切り12で、供試体収納部13と養生条件設定部14とを区分けする。養生条件設定部14に温度、湿度、圧力等を設定できる各種装置を設置し、供試体収納部13に未固結試料3aを並べ、温度、湿度、圧力、水量などのセンサーを設けてあり、外部のパソコン19で管理される。未固結試料3aを生成した後に、直ぐに、容器本体11内に収容し現場から移動させずに、現場内で、根固め部と略同一の特殊養生条件で特殊養生を開始できる。【選択図】図3
