MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POROUS CERAMIC PARTICLES WITH COATED SURFACE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND INSULATION MATERIAL USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable manufacturing method of porous ceramic particles with a coated surface, including one step process only, causing no adhesion of particles to each other.SOLUTION: To a mixture solution of porous ceramic particles and a reductant injected into air from a nozzle tip, a coating liquid including a metal salt or a mixture solution of a metal salt and an organic material supplied from a flow channel different from that of the mixture solution of the porous ceramic particles and the reductant is sprayed. Further, to the mixture solution of the porous ceramic particles and the reductant sprayed with the coating liquid, a gas is sprayed so that a solvent is instantly dried. The porous ceramic particles with a coated surface are thus manufactured. The porous ceramic particles with a coated surface obtained by the method are mixed with and dispersed in an epoxy resin so as to manufacture a composite material and an insulation material.
