BRUSH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE OF LAWN CLEANING VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush height adjustment device capable of easily and finely adjusting a height of a brush, without using a tool, with a constitution difference from that of conventional brush height adjustment devices.SOLUTION: A brush height adjustment device 1 comprises a brush cover 8, a holding member 14 detachably provided in the brush cover 8 and a support body 16 vertically movably provided in the holding member 14. A plurality of holes 35 are formed in the holding member 14. A plurality of adjustment holes 53 are formed in the support body 16. The plurality of adjustment holes 53 are slantingly arranged. The mutually adjacent adjustment holes 53 and 53 are arranged such that a part of the lower side adjustment hole 53 overlaps a belt-like area 56 having a vertical width X of the upper side adjustment hole 53. In a corresponding state of the hole 35 of the holding member 14 and the adjustment hole 53 of the support body 16, a pin 58 is inserted into these hole 35 and adjustment hole 53, and a snap pin 62 is inserted into the pin 58, so that the support body 16 is fixed to the holding member 14.
【課題】従来とは異なる構成で、工具を用いることなく容易にブラシの高さを微調整することができるブラシ高さ調整装置の提供。【解決手段】ブラシ高さ調整装置１は、ブラシカバー８と、ブラシカバー８に着脱可能に設けられる保持部材１４と、保持部材１４に上下動可能に設けられる支持体１６とを備える。保持部材１４には、複数の孔３５が形成される。支持体１６には、複数の調整穴５３が形成される。複数の調整穴５３は、傾斜して配列される。互いに隣接する調整穴５３，５３同士は、上側の調整穴５３の上下幅Ｘを有する帯状の領域５６内に、下側の調整穴５３の一部が重なるように配置される。保持部材１４の孔３５と支持体１６の調整穴５３とが対応した状態で、それらの孔３５および調整穴５３にピン５８を差し込み、そのピン５８にスナップピン６２を差し込むことで、保持部材１４に支持体１６が固定される。【選択図】図５
