BRUSH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT STRUCTURE FOR LAWN CLEANING VEHICLE
To provide a brush height adjustment structure capable of easily adjusting the height of a brush with a simple structure without an operator leaving the driver seat of a lawn cleaning vehicle.SOLUTION: A brush height adjustment structure 1 is applied to a lawn cleaning vehicle which scrapes up and clean up dust by a brush member which is rotatably driven inside a hollow brush case 13, and is provided with hoisting and lowering means 23 for moving up and down a brush case 13 that is vertically movable on a cleaning vehicle main body 3 of the lawn cleaning vehicle, and regulation means 24 for regulating the movement of the brush case 13 below a set position when the brush case 13 is moved downward by the hoisting and lowering means 23. The hoisting and lowering 23 can be operated from a driver seat of the lawn cleaning vehicle. The regulation means 24 has a lever 54 that can be operated from the driver seat to set the set position, a holding mechanism 55 that holds the brush case 13 at the set position set by the lever 54, and a holding part 68 of the lever 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な構成で、作業者が芝生清掃車の運転席から降りることなく、容易にブラシの高さ調整を行うことができるブラシ高さ調整構造の提供。【解決手段】ブラシ高さ調整構造１は、中空状のブラシケース１３の内部で回転駆動するブラシ部材によって塵埃を掻き上げて清掃する芝生清掃車に適用され、芝生清掃車の清掃車本体３に上下動可能に設けられるブラシケース１３を上下動させる昇降手段２３と、昇降手段２３によりブラシケース１３を下方へ移動させる際にブラシケース１３が設定位置よりも下方へ移動するのを規制する規制手段２４とを備える。昇降手段２３は、芝生清掃車の運転席から操作可能とされる。規制手段２４は、運転席から操作可能で前記設定位置を設定するレバー５４と、レバー５４により設定された設定位置でブラシケース１３を保持する保持機構５５と、レバー５４の保持部６８とを有している。【選択図】図２
