BRUSH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR LAWN CLEANING VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush height adjustment device for a lawn cleaning vehicle that swirls up dusts on a ground surface and lawn by a brush and collects the dusts in a hopper, the brush height adjustment device being of a simple configuration and capable of readily adjusting a distance between the brush and the ground surface.SOLUTION: A brush height adjustment device for a lawn cleaning vehicle includes: a fitting frame 14 having a side plate 12 fixed on both sides of a brush case on a vehicle body of the lawn cleaning vehicle and a horizontal plate 13 fixed perpendicularly on the side plate 12; a guide cylinder 17 fixed underneath an open hole formed on the horizontal plate 13; a support rod 18 housed inside the guide cylinder 17, in a way that allows vertical motion; a mounting platform 21 provided on a portion of the support rod 18 protruding below the guide cylinder 17, the mounting platform having a stop roller 10 fixed on the brush case mounted thereon; an annular spacer 19 having a prescribed thickness, to be fitted externally in a required number on a protruded portion of the support rod 18 protruding above the horizontal plate 13; and a lock pin 25 to be inserted into a pin hole formed on the support rod 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地面上の芝やホコリ等の塵埃をブラシで掻き上げてホッパーに収集する芝生清掃車におけるブラシと地面との間隔距離を簡単な構成で且つ容易に調整できる芝生清掃車のブラシ高さ調節装置を提供する。【解決手段】芝生清掃車の車体のブラシケースの両側方に固定する側板１２とこの側板１２に直角に固定した水平板１３を具備する取付枠１４と、前記水平板１３に形成した貫通口の下方に固定したガイド筒１７と、該ガイド筒１７の内部に上下動自在に収納したサポートロッド１８と、該サポートロッド１８の前記ガイド筒１７よりも下方へ突出した部位に設けられた前記ブラシケースに固定したストップローラー１０を載せる載台２１と、前記サポートロッド１８の水平板１３よりも上方へ突出している突出部分に必要枚数だけ外嵌する所定の厚みを有する円環状のスペーサー１９と、前記サポートロッド１８に設けてあるピン孔に差し込むロックピン２５とを具備する。【選択図】図４
