MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PLACEMENT METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a placement method for precast concrete which enable easy manufacture of pieces and easy placement.SOLUTION: A planar outer peripheral frame mold 22 corresponding to a region 10 of a tide wall 2 is manufactured and arranged in a yard 21, a middle division frame mold 24 is arranged inside thereof and concrete 50 is placed and cured, and then, a plurality of stages of arranging the middle division frame mold 24, placing the concrete 50 and curing are repeated. A piece 1 manufactured with the concrete 50 is obtained by removing the outer peripheral frame mold 22 and so on. The piece 1 is arranged at the same position in the region 10 of the tide wall 2 according to an arrangement design in the outer peripheral frame mold 22.
【課題】容易にピースが製作でき、施工も容易なプレキャストコンクリートの製作方法および施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】防潮堤２の領域１０に対応する平面形状の外周部型枠２２を製作ヤード２１に配置し、その内側に中仕切り型枠２４を設け、コンクリート５０を打設して養生を行う。以下中仕切り型枠２４の設置とコンクリート５０の打設、養生を複数段にわたって繰り返す。外周部型枠２２等を除去すると、コンクリート５０により製作されたピース１が得られる。このピース１は、外周部型枠２２内における配置に従って防潮堤２の領域１０の同じ位置に配置する。【選択図】図４
