MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
To provide a manufacturing method for precast concrete members and a manufacturing device for precast concrete members that can accurately manufacture cylindrical precast concrete members in a short period using a limited space.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for precast concrete members comprises: constructing a vertical hole 5 in a ground 3 and inserting a vertical core material 7 into the vertical hole 5; sending vertical reinforcement 29 and lateral reinforcements 31 from the ground 3 into the vertical hole 5 and winding the lateral reinforcements 31 on the vertical reinforcement 29 in order to construct a reinforcement structure 37 in the vertical hole 5; next attaching an outer formwork 23 on outside guide rails 15 provided on an inner surface of the vertical hole 5, attaching an inner formwork 25 on inside guide rails 17 provided on the outer surface of the core material 7, moving the outer formwork 23 and the inner formwork 25 from a lower section of the vertical hole 5 to an upper section, and installing concrete 44 between the outer formwork 23 and the inner formwork 25; and then removing a precast concrete member 2 from the vertical hole 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】円筒形のプレキャストコンクリート製部材を限られたスペースを用いて短期間で精度よく製造できるプレキャストコンクリート製部材の製造方法およびプレキャストコンクリート製部材の製造装置を提供すること【解決手段】地盤3に立坑5を構築し、立坑5内に鉛直方向の芯材7を建て込む。そして、地盤3上から縦筋29と横筋31とを立坑5内に送り出しつつ横筋31を縦筋29に対して巻き付け、立坑5内に配筋構造37を構築する。次に、立坑5の内周面に設けた外側ガイドレール15に外型枠23を取り付け、芯材7の外周面に設けた内側ガイドレール17に内型枠25を取り付けて、外型枠23および内型枠25を立坑5内の下部から上部へ移動させつつ、外型枠23と内型枠25との間にコンクリート44を打設する。その後、立坑5からプレキャストコンクリート製部材2を引き抜く。【選択図】図4
