FIXING METHOD OF FITTING TYPE ROOF PLATE MATERIAL, AND FIXING STRUCTURE THEREOF AND FIXING JIG USED THEREIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a fixing structure capable of efficient fixing while keeping high waterproofness, and a fixing jig used in the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a roof plate material which comprises a lower seam 2 fitting on an upper seam of the roof plate material adjacently arranged for connecting the roof plate material to each other, and on which a recessed part 6 upwardly opening and extending from an edge to center of a roof is formed on the top part of the lower seam 2. Upon jointing a bottom wall part 6a of the recessed part 6 and a roof base material S disposed just below it with a stopper screw 8, a screw holding part 11 holding the stopper screw 8 is provided on the bottom wall part 6a of the recessed part 6 so that the lower seam 2 is pressed toward the roof base material S by the screw holding part 11 to have slight elastic deformation, and the stopper screw 8 is screwed based on the screw holding part 11 as a starting point while the deformed state is maintained. When the screwing of the stopper screw 8 is accomplished, the screw holding part 11 is removed so that the lower seam 2 recovers an original form thereof.
【課題】高い防水性を保持したまま、効率的な固定を可能とする方法、固定構造およびその方法に使用する固定治具を提案する。【解決手段】隣接配置する屋根板材の上ハゼに嵌合して屋根板材同士をつなぎ合わせる下ハゼ２を備え、該下ハゼ２の頂部に、上向きに開放され、かつ、屋根の軒から棟に向けて伸延する凹所６を形成してなる屋根板材につき、該凹所６の底壁部６ａとその直下に位置する屋根の下地材Ｓとを、止め付けねじ８を介して連結するに当たって、前記凹所６の底壁部６ａに、前記止め付けねじ８を保持するねじ保持部１１を設置して該ねじ保持部１１により前記下ハゼ２を屋根の下地材Ｓに向け押圧して極僅に弾性変形させるとともに、その変形状態した維持したまま該ねじ保持部１１を起点に止め付けねじ８をねじ込み、該止め付けねじ８のねじ込みを終えたならば、該ねじ保持部１１を取り外して該下ハゼ２を復元させる。【選択図】図１
