PLATE MATERIAL FIXING METHOD, FIXING STRUCTURE AND POSITION ADJUSTMENT FITTING
To provide a plate material fixing method, a fixing structure and a position adjustment fitting which prevent air reservoirs on the entire underside of the plate and enable full contact with a grout material layer.SOLUTION: In construction of an exposed column base in which a base plate 2 that is fixed to the lower end of a steel column is fixed by an anchor bolt 3 that protrudes from the top surface of foundation concrete 9, a position adjustment fitting 20 instead of conventional level mortar is attached to the anchor bolt 3, and the position is adjusted with the tip surface 22a of a protruding piece 22. When a plate-shaped pressing tool 80 is pressed downward against the surface of a grout material G, the grout material G flows horizontally on the underside of the base plate 2 due to the pressing force, pushing out the remaining air below the base plate 2 to the outside. Between the protruding piece 22 of the position adjustment fitting 20 and the anchor bolt 3, there is a gap that allows the flow of the grout material G, so the movement of the grout material G is not hindered, and the grout material G is reliably filled around the anchor bolt 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】プレートの下面全体で空気溜りの発生を防止し、グラウト材層との間で全面密着を可能にしたプレート材の固定方法、固定構造及び位置調整金具を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨柱の下端部に固着したベースプレート2が、基礎コンクリート9の上面に突出するアンカーボルト3で固定される露出型柱脚の施工において、従来のレベルモルタルに代えて位置調整金具20をアンカーボルト3に装着し、突起片22の先端面22aで位置を調整する。板状押圧具80をグラウト材Gの表面に当てて下方に押し込むと、グラウト材Gがその押圧力でベースプレート2の下面側を水平方向に流動し、ベースプレート2下部の残存空気を外部に押し出す。位置調整金具20の突起片22とアンカーボルト3の間には、グラウト材Gの流通を可能にする間隙が存在することにより、グラウト材Gの移動が阻害されることがなく、アンカーボルト3の周囲にも確実にグラウト材Gが充填される。【選択図】図9
