MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING CORNER MATERIAL AND BUILDING CORNER MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building corner material capable of maintaining a curved state, which is easy-to-work and neatly finished.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a building corner material, which has a pair of right-left flat plate parts to be disposed at both sides of a corner of a building and a bent part which is formed integrally with the flat plate parts and is disposed at the corner, includes the steps of: preparing a resin material which contains plasticizer of 36-65 wt.% as a resin material for forming the bent part; integrally molding the flat plate part and the bent part; after bending the bent part up to a generally right angle, heating the resin material at a temperature to soften and form the bent part; and after folding the flat plate part into two parts at the bent part and allowing the same to be cooled, opening the flat plate parts.
【課題】 屈曲状態を維持することができ、作業が容易に行え、簡単にきれいに仕上げることのできる建築用コーナー材を提供する。【解決手段】 建物のコーナー部の両側に配置される左右一対の平板部と、前記平板部と一体に形成され前記コーナー部に配置される屈曲部とを有する建築用コーナー材の製造方法において、前記屈曲部を形成する樹脂材料として36〜65重量%の可塑剤を含む樹脂材料を準備し、前記平板部と前記屈曲部とを一体に成形し、前記屈曲部を略直角の角度まで折り曲げて前記屈曲部を形成する前記樹脂材料が軟化する温度で加熱し、前記平板部を前記屈曲部で二つ折りにして冷却した後に前記平板部を展開させた。【選択図】 図1
