CORNER MATERIAL FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner material for a building that offers excellent adhesion with a putty material when the putty material is applied during installation, and also enabling a trowel and a spatula to slide over a wall surface smoothly without hindrance, when the putty material is applied for fixing the corner material on the wall surface.SOLUTION: A corner material for a building is made of a synthetic resin belt-like thin plate, and is bent in an angled-form when fit on an external corner and an internal corner of a wall surface. The corner material body 1 comprises flat plate parts 11, 11 formed on both sides in a width direction, and a bent part 12 formed between the flat plate parts 11, 11 in a lengthwise direction. A rough surface part 11a is formed on a top surface of the flat plate parts 11, 11, the rough surface part being processed to have irregularities on a surface over a prescribed width in an area on an outer edge side, except at a tip portion. A curved surface part 11c is formed at the tip portion on the outer edge, the curved surface part being without the surface irregularities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 施工時にパテ材を塗布した際のパテ材との接合性に優れるだけでなく、壁面に固定する際のパテ塗り作業時において、コテやヘラの壁面からの乗り上げを引っ掛かりなくスムーズに行える建築用コーナー材を提供すること。【解決手段】 合成樹脂製の帯状薄板から成り、かつ、使用時にアングル状に屈曲させて壁面の出隅部分や入隅部分に取り付けられる建築用コーナー材において、前記コーナー材本体1を、幅方向の両側に形成された平板部11・11と、これらの平板部11・11間に長さ方向に沿って形成された折曲げ部12とから構成する一方、前記平板部11・11の上面に、先端部位を除く外縁側の領域に所定幅にわたって凹凸加工が施された粗面部11aを形成すると共に、外縁の先端部位に、凹凸加工が施されていない曲面部11cを形成した。【選択図】 図1
