CORNER MATERIAL FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner material for a building that not only prevents wrinkling and ripping of wall paper bonded on an outer corner of an interior wall, but also enables efficient putty application at a low cost when fitted on the outer corner.SOLUTION: A corner material for a building comprises plastic thin plates of an angled form fitted on an outer corner of a wall surface. A body 1 of the corner material includes a pair of flat-plate parts 11,11 having an inner surface placed opposite a wall surface, and a bent part 12 connecting the flat-plate parts 11, 11 at a center, such that the flat plate parts 11, 11 form a prescribed angle. Inclined surfaces S, S are formed on an outer surface of the pair of flat-plate parts 11, 11, such that a thickness of the flat plate part 11 increases gradually from an edge part E toward the bent part 12 side, over an area covering 2/3 or more of a width of each of the flat-plate parts 11, 11. In the area where the inclined surface S is formed, a thickness of the tip part E of the flat-plate part 11 is between 0.15 and 0.3 mm, and a greatest thickness at the bent part 12 side is between 0.6 and 1.0 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 内壁の出隅部分に張ったクロスのシワや破れを防止できるだけでなく、出隅部分への取付け時に行うパテ塗り作業を効率的かつ低コストで行える建築用コーナー材を提供すること。【解決手段】 壁面の出隅部分に取り付けられるアングル状のプラスチック薄板から成る建築用コーナー材において、前記コーナー材本体1を、壁面に対向させる内側面を備えた一対の平板部11・11と、これらの平板部11・11を、平板部11・11同士が所定角度を成すように中央で連結する屈曲部12とから構成する一方、前記一対の平板部11・11の外側面には、先端部Eから屈曲部12側に向かって逓次的に平板部11の肉厚が増大する傾斜面S・Sを、各平板部11・11の幅の2/3以上の領域にわたって形成し、更に当該傾斜面Sの形成領域において、平板部11の先端部Eの厚みを0.15〜0.3mm、屈曲部12側の最大厚みを0.6〜1.0mmとした。【選択図】 図1
