MONITORING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device for a construction machine that continues to output an alarm when it can be determined that a heat source is present nearby a construction machine even in the case that the heat source stops within a detection range of a pyroelectric infrared sensor and cannot be detected.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 100 has an alarm control part 11 which controls an alarm output part 7 based upon a determination result of a person presence/absence determination part 10. The person presence/absence determination part 10 determines that a person is present nearby a shovel 60 when a short-distance sensor 6C detects a person OBJ, determines that the person moves away from nearby the shovel 60 when a long-distance sensor 6F detects the person OBJ while the short-distance sensor 6F misses the person OBJ after detecting the person OBJ, and also continues to determine that the person is present nearby the shovel 60 unless the long-distance sensor 6F detects the person OBJ.
【課題】焦電型赤外線センサの検出範囲内で熱源が静止してその熱源を検出できなくなった場合にもその熱源が建設機械の近傍に存在すると判断できる場合には警報の出力を継続する建設機械用監視装置を提供すること。【解決手段】監視装置100は人存否判定部10の判定結果に基づいて警報出力部7を制御する警報制御部11を有する。人存否判定部10は、近距離用センサ6Cが人物OBJを検出した場合にショベル60の近傍に人が存在すると判定し、また、近距離センサ6Cが人物OBJを検出した後に人物OBJを見失った場合、遠距離センサ6Fが人物OBJを検出したときにショベル60の近傍から人が遠ざかったと判定すると共に遠距離センサ6Fが人物OBJを検出しない限りショベル60の近傍に人が存在するとの判定を維持する。【選択図】図3
