FLANGED ANCHOR BOLT COATED RESIN PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fine vibration which is transmitted from a base by utilizing an attachment adjustment margin of an anchor bolt of a foundation, to constrain the movement of the foundation within the anchor bolt attachment adjustment margin of the foundation, and to protect the anchor bolt from an antiseptic drug of the foundation.SOLUTION: A resin pipe having a plurality of vertical irregular grooves at an external periphery of a resin pipe cylinder is inserted into an adjustment margin (clearance) of an anchor bolt attachment hole, a clearance between a foundation attachment hole inner wall and the anchor bolt is made to contact with a foundation inner wall at a salient part of the resin pipe, and the correction of a position is naturally performed by an elastic force of the resin pipe. Simultaneously, the anchor bolt is protected from metal corrosion caused by an antiseptic drug which is immersed into the foundation.
【課題】 土台のアンカーボルトとの取付け調整代を利用し基礎から伝達される微弱振動を低減し土台のアンカーボルト取付け調整代内での土台の移動を拘束し且つアンカーボルトを土台の防腐薬剤から保護する。【解決手段】 樹脂パイプ筒部外周に数本の縦方向の凹凸溝を有する樹脂パイプをアンカーボルト取付穴の調整代(隙間)に挿入し、土台取付穴内壁とアンカーボルトとの隙間を樹脂パイプの凸部で土台内壁に接触させ樹脂パイプの弾力性により位置の補正を自然の内に行なう。同時に土台に含浸されている防腐薬剤による金属腐食からアンカーボルトを保護することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
